- Your name and WhatsApp number.
- Booking and quote details (services, dates, pick-up/drop-off points, parcels).
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp or through our contact form.
- We do not collect or store card details, payments are handled securely by Yoco.
Why we use it
- To take and manage your bookings and quotes.
- To send booking confirmations, reminders and updates.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
Who we share it with
We only share what's needed with trusted service providers who help us run the business:
- Meta (WhatsApp), to message you.
- Supabase, secure database hosting.
- Yoco, to process payments.
- Google Maps, to calculate transport distances and quotes.
We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time (subject to records we must keep by law).
